- You can request a refund for any unused money on your wristband following the festival here, or by scanning the QR code on your wristband.
- DO NOT throw away your wristband, you’ll need it to request your refund using the online form.
- All refund requests must be received between 12:00 on 27 March and 23:59 on 5th April (All times GMT).
- You will receive a bank transfer with your refund, 1-2 days after the refund period ends.
- There are no transaction fees associated with refunds.
- Refund requests that are received outside of the period listed above will not be processed nor responded to.

The use of the SonarCashless wristband constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are included as part of the General Conditions of Sale and Access to Sónar Lisboa.

You can claim back any money left on your wristband after the festival, free of charge. The refund period opens at 12:00 on 27 March and closes at 23:59 on 5 of April (all times GMT)

- Scan the QR Code on your bracelet to enter your Idasfest account, or enter the bracelet ID here.
- Check the list of transactions in the transaction history section.
- Click the download button to download your invoice.
- Or you can click on the exchange button to request a new invoice using your VAT ID.
- It is only possible to change your VAT ID once.
- The only way to pay at Sónar Lisboa is via your SonarCashless wristband (with the exception of tobacco, which can be purchased using cash or card.)
- SonarCashless is 100% free of charge, with no transaction costs (including for refunds)
- Your SonarCashless wristband will be given to you when you check-in at the festival, at Pavilhão Carlos Lopes on arrival.
- You can top up your SonarCashless wristband either at one of the SonarCashless points located around the festival venue; or using your smartphone (by scanning the QR code on the wristband).
- Take care of your SonarCashless wristband, it contains money and Sónar Lisboa is not responsible for its loss or damage.
- Your SonarCashless wristband is personal and non-transferable.
- Sónar reserves the right to refuse admission should the wristband appear to have been cut, torn or otherwise tampered with.
- DO NOT THROW AWAY your wristband following the festival. You’ll need it to claim your refund (free of charge) for any unused money on it.

Top up online before the festival and get exclusive benefits
- You can top up your SonarCashless wristband now at this link. The top up portal will remain open until 2am (GMT) on 25/03.
- Once you arrive at the festival and complete check-in, your wristband will be automatically loaded with the amount you have topped up in advance.
- Top up your SonarCashless wristband before 11:59pm (GMT) on 21/03 we’ll offer you your festival glass (valued at €1, non-refundable). If you top up €50, we'll also offer you a free drink; top up €100 and you get two free drinks; for €150, you’ll get three free drinks, and for €190 we’ll offer you four free drinks.
How to top up in advance if you bought your ticket via DICE
- If you have more than one ticket of the same ticket type under your email (ie: 2 x Sónar By Day - Saturday), transfer them to their owners. You will not be able to top up until this is done.
- Go to this page, and enter the email address associated with your DICE account.
- Verify your email address. Once logged in, you will see your ticket(s), select one of them and click on the TOP UP button.
- Select the amount that you wish to top up, proceed to payment and complete the transaction.
- On arrival at the festival your wristband will be automatically loaded with the amount you have topped up.
My ticket(s) aren’t appearing in the portal
- Check that you have used the same email associated with your DICE account to access the portal.
- If someone else has bought your ticket(s) for you, ask them to transfer your ticket(s) to your DICE account. If you have purchased tickets for other people, you need to transfer them to them before they can top up their wristband.

- If you've transferred a ticket, or if someone has transferred you a ticket via the DICE app, you need to wait up until 30 minutes before topping up your wristband online.
How to top up in advance if you bought your ticket via TICKETLINE
- Go to this page, and enter the ticket barcode number that appears under the QR code on your ticket and click on the TOP UP button.
- Select the amount that you wish to top up, proceed to payment and complete the transaction.
- On arrival at the festival your wristband will be automatically loaded with the amount you have topped up.
- Please keep in mind that TICKETLINE purchases may take between 48 and 72 hours after purchase to become available to top-up online.
- Top up your wristband as many times as you need using your smartphone or at any SonarCashless point.
- You can use cash or card at the SonarCashless points to top up in multiples of €5.
- You can also top up directly using predetermined amounts by scanning the QR code on your SonarCashless wristband with your smartphone (payment by card only).
- You can also check your balance using your smartphone (by scanning the QR code on the wristband) or at any SonarCashless point or vendor.
