Sónar by Day has both indoor and outdoor stages. Sónar by Night takes place entirely indoors.&nbsp;

No. The only payment method at the festival is SonarCashless.

Can I bring my camera?

During each session of Sónar by Day and Sónar by Night, lost property will be taken to the merchandising stand where it will be available for collection until the end of the session. &nbsp;After each session, all lost and found objects will be taken to the Ticket Office located outside the venue, where it will be available for collection. Yes, there will be a ticket office close to Pavilhão Carlos Lopes. The ticket office will only sell the same tickets that are available online, we do not keep a stock of tickets especially for sale on the door.

At Sónar by Day you can leave and re-enter at any time (providing you return before last admission).&nbsp; At Sónar by Night, once you leave the venue, you will not be allowed to return (with the exception of VIP tickets and Full Festival Pass holders, who can leave and re-enter, providing they return before last admission).&nbsp; &nbsp;

Can I pick up a wristband for a friend?

Accessing the festival

Yes. You can top up your wristband online both before and during the festival until 25/03 at 02am. If you top up in advance, when you arrive at the festival and complete your check-in, your wristband will be automatically loaded with the amount you’ve added online. At the SonarCashless points, you can top up your wristband in multiples of €5, up to a maximum of €500. On your smartphone, you’ll be able to top up using the predetermined amounts.&nbsp; &nbsp;

Is the wristband waterproof?

SonarCashless is the only method of payment accepted at the festival (except for tobacco which can be paid for using cash or card). Top up your wristband from your smartphone, or using card or cash at a SonarCashless point, and use it to pay at Sónar by Day and Sónar by Night. &nbsp;

Yes, once the festival starts you will be able to top up your wristband using your smartphone, by scanning the QR code. &nbsp;

In this case the wristband would be considered worthless, because this contains the chip where all data is stored. In such cases, the wristband is considered lost or stolen. &nbsp;

What happens if I lose the piece of plastic from the strap?

You’ll be given your wristband when you check-in to the festival at Pavilhão Carlos Lopes. Take care of your SonarCashless wristband, it contains money and Sónar is not responsible for its loss or damage.&nbsp;Your SonarCashless wristband is personal and non-transferable. Sónar reserves the right to refuse admission should the wristband appear to have been cut, pulled off or otherwise visibly manipulated.

Where do I pick up my wristband?

You can top up your wristband using either your smartphone, or at any of the SonarCashless points located within the venue. &nbsp;

Where can I top up my SonarCashless wristband during the festival?

Go to the customer service desk at any SonarCashless point and show us your broken wristband. We will replace it with a new one. We can only replace your wristband and maintain your existing balance if you’ve kept the plastic piece that contains the chip on the strap. &nbsp;

What if I break the wristband?

Yes, you can claim back any unused cash left on your wristband online after the festival. From 27th March at 12:00pm (GMT) you’ll be able to apply for a refund <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://cashless.idasfest.com/eventos/devolucion/2077">here</a>. There are no transaction costs associated with refunds.&nbsp; &nbsp;
